Hiking and Cycling

Brittany, formerly Armorica, is a very varied country. Smoothed with large agricultural fields, but also forests further inland. Rugged cliffs, eaten coves, hidden bays and amazing beaches. Brittany has the most beautiful coastline of France.

On foot or by bike, in your own pace, alone or with a group. It is all possible. Le Pays Bigouden, the most southern tip of Finistère, Brittany, has 380 km hiking trails, 2 of which go through our campsite, (total 36 routes) and 400 km. official cycling (12 circuits) The walks and cycle trails lead you through the richness of nature and architecture, legends and historical facts that our region.

The beautiful scenery, the rugged coastal scenery, no wonder the paths are popular. Sometimes the walks are difficult, but generally carried off reasonably flat trails. They are always perfectly accessible and there are enough parking spaces. At the reception are excellent walking maps available. Nowhere in France can you see as many birds as in Brittany. Especially near the coast, where they can live undisturbed. Walk number 30 takes you through a bird sanctuary. You see lot petrels, Jan-van-gent and Puffins. Here is a special hide-out where you can watch the birds without disturbing them.

A very special experience is a walk through the water. At low tide, led by the guide Dominique you will discover the hidden treasures of the sea.
