PLEASE NOTE: Arrival between 16.00 and 19.00, departure before 10.00. For any late arrivals (until 9pm), we kindly ask you to inform us by phone. After 21.00 o’clock we kindly ask you to postpone your arrival until the next day.
On arrival we ask for a 100€ deposit for the studio as guarantee deposit, which will be returned within 8 days after departure on condition that there is no damage or loss to the accommodation or its interior.
The rental price includes a flat rate for electricity consumption of 8 kWh/day, or 56 kWh/week. Any excess consumption over this flat rate will be charged, after reading the meters on arrival and departure. (It is calculated at EDF rates)
The rental is based on self-cleaning. We ask you to leave the studio clean, as encountered. If the studio is not left clean or if you want to outsource it, the costs are 40€ (on request).
When booking a studio two weeks consecutively, the second week with a discount of 25€
It’s possible to rent : 1 Bath-towel + 1 small towel (set) : 6€
WIFI is free and unlimited.
