On arrival we ask for a 100€ deposit for the studio as guarantee deposit, which will be returned within 8 days after departure on condition that there is no damage or loss to the accommodation or its interior.

It’s possible to rent :
1 Bath-towel + 1 small towel (set) : 5€
At departure the studio must be left behind in a clean state. Possibility final cleaning: 40€
A deposit of 100€ is asked at arrival. These will be returned (after checking your studio) to you within 8 days after your departure.
